Description
HIGHTEC NATSYNC® GS 68 GS is based on selected high-oleic oils and is significantly superior to mineral oil-based and synthetic gearbox oils in terms of lubricating properties, wear reduction and
pressure-viscosity behaviour. The working temperature can be
significantly reduced with HIGHTEC NATSYNC® GS 68 GS.
Completely stable to shear stress. Free of ash, metals, chlorine and
PCB.
Application
HIGHTEC NATSYNC® GS 68 GS is optimised for indoor use in
industrial applications. It is particularly suitable for enclosed
industry gears such as spur gear clutches, worm gears or gear
couplings. The Oleic Technology guarantees frictionless operation
in roller and sliding bearings with high pressure loads. HIGHTEC
NATSYNC® GS 68 GS is also common in other areas such as
hydraulic systems where a high-performance oil with a higher
viscosity is required.
HIGHTEC NATSYNC® GS 68 GS is also particularly suitable for
use in the production of food due to its certification as an H1
lubricant

68, HLP46, HLP 68, HLP 100, HVLP 68, HEES 68

Designed for indoor use in industrial applications from an
operating temperature of 0°C or higher.
Rinse the gearbox and gears in advance before changing to
NatSync®GS.
