Rhenus SSL is a new cutting and spray lubricant free of mineral oil and chlorine. 

I. Application Rhenus SSL

Rhenus SSL is finely sprayed by means of air pressure units.Although only a minimum quantity of oil is applied, very good results can be achieved on machining and non cutting operations of steel and non-ferrous materials. 
Due to its high fatty additives rhenus SSL can be used for drilling, milling, broaching, sawing and grinding operations.
rhenus SSL suits for instance for floating plug lubrication at the production of copper/nickel tubes.
rhenus SSL extensively evaporates without residues as only small quantities are applied,therefore, no cost for disposal are involved.

Grade of copper corrosion of rhenus SSL is 1.
For application use only special spray units.
This product is biodegradable /
