Castrol Techniclean HP is an aqueous, low alkalinity, industrial cleaner containing biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.

I. Application Castrol Techniclean HP

• Techniclean HP is an inter-operational, multi-metal cleaner, suitable for cleaning parts and components in a wide range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines. Techniclean HP is specifically developed for use in high-pressure process cleaning and deburring equipment.

This product is an aqueous, low alkalinity, inter-operational, multi-metal cleaner, suitable for cleaning parts and components in a wide range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines. It has been specifically developed for use in high-pressure process cleaning and deburring equipment.
• Techniclean HP effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt.
  It contains biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.
• Recommended concentration: 1 – 4 %
  Recommended temperature: ambient – 65 °C (150 °F)
  Recommended spray pressure: up to 1000 bar (145000 psi)
  The conditions are depending on the detailed application requirements and the amount and nature of the soil being removed.
