• Dubois GX proof 6151 is designed for the rust prevention requirements of ferrous parts, the product can form an extremely fine dry protective film on the surface of the parts, multi-metal applicable, rust prevention cycle can be up to 12 months, can be used in a variety of environments in storage, shipping.
• Water-soluble synthetic rust inhibitor and grinding fluid that can be used on both ferrous and nonferrous metals. Dubois GX proof 6151 synthetic fluid will provide excellent rust inhibition for in- process parts, providing up to 30 days indoor protection depending on the mix ratio used. Dubois GX proof 6151 is also designed for paint pretreatment processes and is used in the last stage of both spray and immersion systems for flash rust protection.
• Dubois GX proof 6151 can be used for grinding ferrous metals in surface grinders, rotary grinders or O.D./cylindrical grinders. When used as a grinding fluid it will keep the grinding wheel clean and provide job-to-job in-process rust inhibition.
